We are currently appointment only.
What is your cancellation/ no show policy?
We ask that you give us 24 hours notice for any cancellations.
If you cancel within the 24 hour time period or do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?

Can I combine treatments in one session?

Is there downtime after treatments?
Downtime varies depending on the treatment. Many of our procedures have minimal to no downtime, allowing you to resume your daily activities shortly after.

How do you store my private health information?
We use HIPAA-compliant servers through DrChrono (EHR and CMS) to store non-public data and encrypt all communications, booking of appointments and notes to ensure your PHI has maximum protection. Upon request, we delete all records and automatically discard non-active clients every three years.
What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, Zelle, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, and CareCredit®.
FAQ – Hair Treatment
How many times do I need PRP to see hair improvement?
Depends on your growth factors and genetics, but hair improvements should be visible within 3-6 sessions.
Is hair treatment painful?
No, we put numbing cream on you before the treatment to minimize any pain and to make sure the client is comfortable during the non-surgical procedure. It is very well tolerated.
How long is the session for hair treatment?
Hair restoration appointments are 30 minutes.
Are there side effects in using PRP Hair treatment, like losing more hair?
No, PRP hair treatment uses your own body’s plasma to stop hair loss and re-invigorate dormant follicles. There are no shedding cycles with PRP.
